1. Who we are

PZTRAFFIC™ is the export brand of Guangxi Pengzhan Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd. (广西鹏展交通设施有限公司), a manufacturer of thermoplastic road marking paint and reflective glass beads registered in China under the unified social credit code 91451100MA5P6H4H2R. Our factory and office are at Xinping Road, Wanggao Industrial Zone, Wanggao Town, Pinggui District, Hezhou City, Guangxi, China. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean this company. We decide how and why the information described below is used, and you can reach us at info@pztraffic.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

• the website pztraffic.com in all its language versions;
• the inquiry form on this website, and the inquiries you send us by email, WhatsApp, Zalo, LINE or Messenger;
• the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram, which link to this policy.

It does not cover the websites and apps of other companies that we link to (section 11).

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through this website, we ask for your name, your phone or WhatsApp number and your email address, and optionally your company name and a message. When you contact us through WhatsApp, Zalo, LINE, Messenger or email, we receive what you send, together with the account name or number you send it from.

3.2 Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you fill in one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your answers under its own privacy policy and makes them available to us. Our forms ask for your company name and contact details, the type of business you are (for example a distributor, a contractor or a supplier of materials to government projects), the approximate quantity you need, when you need it, and the city or port we should deliver to. We use these answers only to prepare and follow up the quotation you asked for in that inquiry (section 4).

3.3 Information recorded automatically when you submit the inquiry form. Together with your inquiry we record your IP address, the country Cloudflare derives from it, the language version and the page you sent the form from, the date and time, an inquiry reference number, and the result of the human-verification check described in section 7. This information helps us answer you correctly and tells spam from real inquiries.

3.4 Server and security logs. Our web server and Cloudflare, which protects this site, keep standard access logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, the page that referred you, and the time and result of each request. We use them only for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

3.5 Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used: pages viewed, the site a visitor came from, country, device and browser type, and load times. It works without cookies, and we see only aggregate numbers; we cannot identify you from them.

4. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation. Your business type, the quantity, the timing and the destination tell us which product grade, packaging and shipping route to quote;
• follow up on that inquiry and, if you place an order, perform the contract: confirm specifications, arrange production, shipping and export documents, and handle payment;
• keep the website and the inquiry service secure and free of spam. We count the inquiries sent from each IP address over a short period, use a hidden form field that only automated scripts fill in, and run the human-verification check described in section 7;
• keep the business records that the law requires us to keep;
• understand how the website is used, as aggregate statistics only.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling. Answers from a Facebook or Instagram lead form are used only for the inquiry in which you gave them; we do not add them to marketing lists and we do not send newsletters.

5. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that run our website and communications, and with the parties needed to perform a contract with you:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery, security, the human-verification check and website statistics. All traffic to this website passes through Cloudflare's network.
• Google LLC (Google Workspace): our business email. Inquiries from the website are delivered to and kept in our mailbox.
• The Constant Company, LLC (Vultr): hosting of our web server in Singapore, where inquiry records are stored.
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: if you contact us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects and stores your answers under its own privacy policy and shares them with us.
• Freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, inspection agencies and similar partners, when and only to the extent needed to deliver an order to you.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers process your information on our instructions or under their own published privacy policies.

6. Where your information is processed

We are a company in China, and our sales team reads and answers inquiries in China. Our web server is in Singapore, our email is hosted by Google, and Cloudflare and Meta operate worldwide. By contacting us you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in these locations. We protect it in the same way wherever it is processed (section 8).

7. Cookies and data stored on your device

This website sets no cookies of its own, and no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare, which protects this site, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot detection, for example when it runs the human-verification check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the inquiry form. Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not by a script: it reads technical signals from your browser and your IP address and sends them to Cloudflare, which uses them only to detect bots. The site also stores a few items in your browser's own storage. None of them identifies you:

• your language choice, so that the home page opens in your language next time;
• for one page load, the address of the site that referred you, so that our statistics still count the visit correctly when the home page redirects you to your language;
• a reference for an inquiry you are sending, so that a dropped connection does not send it twice;
• copies of pages and images, so that the site still opens on a poor connection.

The inquiry reference is sent only with the inquiry it belongs to, so that we can recognise a repeated submission; the referring address is used only by the website statistics described in section 3.5. The other items never leave your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of them.

8. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS only and sits behind Cloudflare. Inquiry records on our server can be read only by the inquiry service and our administrators, the server accepts administrative access by cryptographic key only, and inquiry mail is kept in a business mailbox protected by Google's security controls. Inside our company, access to inquiries is limited to the staff who answer them. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we keep these measures under review.

9. How long we keep it

• Inquiry records on our web server: on a rolling basis, for about two years (we keep the most recent 120 weekly archive files).
• Inquiry emails in our business mailbox, and lead-form answers we download from Meta: for as long as we need them to answer and follow up your inquiry and to keep the business records the law requires us to keep.
• Server access logs: for a limited time, normally a few weeks.
• Website statistics: aggregate numbers only, kept by Cloudflare under its own retention policy, plus our weekly totals, which contain no personal information.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry data earlier (section 10), and we will do so unless we must keep it for a legal obligation or an ongoing contract.

10. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop using it for a particular purpose, or withdraw a consent you gave.

Email info@pztraffic.com from the address you used to contact us, or write to the address in section 13. We answer within 30 days. If we need to keep some information for a legal obligation or an ongoing contract, we will tell you. If you contacted us through a lead form, the answers Meta holds can also be managed through your Facebook or Instagram settings. If you are in a country with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.

We handle personal information in accordance with the laws that apply to us, including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and we honour the rights that the law of your own country gives you.

11. Children and third-party links

Our products and services are for businesses and public bodies. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

This website links to WhatsApp, Zalo, LINE, Messenger, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Google Maps. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of those services apply, and we have no control over what they collect.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email where we can.
