What You Can Specify
OEM means your brand on our bag; ODM means the product itself is engineered around your market — the standard your tenders cite, the bead ratio your climate needs, the price point your bids have to hit. Either way the mix comes off the same audited lines as our own brand, and every batch ships with its COA.

Most OEM orders start from one of the four standard families we produce day in, day out:

If your tender rewrites a standard — extra clauses, its own sieve table, a national annex — send the text and we quote against that, clause by clause. One thing we do not do: sell a mix that misses a standard’s requirements under that standard’s name. If a target price forces the formulation below the cited spec, we say so, and the bag and datasheet are labeled for what the product actually is.
The formulation levers
A thermoplastic formulation has a handful of levers. Each one moves performance and price in a known direction — tell us where the tender sets the bar and we set the levers:

The filler lever is where factory-direct matters most: our group runs its own calcium carbonate and quartz operations upstream, so the largest share of the mix by weight is priced at source — that is the room an OEM quotation has that a trader’s does not.
Your brand on the bag
Packaging is part of the product. Your 25 kg PP woven bag carries your artwork and brand — we print from an approved design proof, so what lands in your warehouse is what you signed off. Batch number, production date and net weight go on every bag as the cited standard’s marking rules require, matching the batch COA. If you prefer to stay unbranded in a market, a neutral export bag is the standing alternative.

Q-01Can you print our brand on the bag?
Yes — that is the core of the OEM offer. Send your artwork or ask us to adapt our bag layout to your brand; you approve a design proof before anything is printed. Batch number, date and net weight are printed on every bag as the cited standard requires. If you would rather stay unbranded in a market, we ship in a neutral export bag instead.
Q-02Can you meet a target price?
Usually, and we will show you how: bead ratio, titanium dioxide, resin content and fillers are the levers, and because our group runs its own calcium carbonate and quartz plants upstream, the heaviest part of the mix is priced at source. What we will not do is quietly drop a formulation below the standard your tender cites — if the price and the spec conflict, we tell you, and the product is labeled for what it is.
Q-03Do we get samples before committing?
Yes — 1–2 kg samples free of charge, before any contract. Test them in a third-party lab or your own; the contract and bag printing come after the sample passes, and production batches are checked against the same sample’s numbers.
